Very good indeed

Receptionists can sometimes be a little brusque, but otherwise very good overall.

A nice hospital, was seen on time and had more than enough time to fully explain my problem to the consultant who was lovely and friendly and put my mind at rest. Had a blood test taken by a lovely nurse who was a real expert at taking blood. My whole experience at the Lister was a very pleasant one.
