Everything was great

Some of staff can be a bit nonchalant;but overall good I guess they have a lot of different patients (not all patient ) and that can be a challenge

Wonderful nursing and care but the rooms (mine) appeared a little dated or tired

The staff were very considerate and friendly, despite me arriving slightly late for my x-ray appointment.

I did the Well Woman Health check, allergy test and Dexa bone density scan. The staff were polite and professional. I am pleased that I was able to get answers about health issues I was concerned about.

The reception team were excellent in every way. Helpful and friendly, couldn't be faulted.

admission was only 3 hours before you asked me to report to the ward. When I attended the ward in question, no one knew anything about my admission. I was eventually informed that I could check in at 3.00 as arranged for my bloods.When I arrived no one knew anything about taking bloods. They were taken about 4.30. The ward manager agreed I could be moved into a private room after my operation, which I was. On the whole ward staff were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast the following morning was a joke…..2 rounds of cold toast, butter and marmalade with a small carton of orange juice. Lunch was luke warm chinese, followed by ice cream. I had to chase staff for around 2 hours to get my discharge letter drawn up. Considering the experience cost me around £10,000, I doubt I would use the facility again.
