The Receptionists were very friendly and asked me to register on arrival (although I must confess I thought I’d already done that). It was the first time I’d been there but I arrived with time in hand and after a short wait was seen by Professor Hindley.

Going to the dentist is always scary but I've registered with Ardmillan and it's definitely the best dentist practice I've been to. Everyone is exceedly nice and professional.

I am very disappointed by the standard of care and attention, particularly the standard of the fitting of dental plates right from the start, recently I was told that my gums had shrunk, but the bottom plate did not fit from the very beginning, when adapted it cut into my lower lip and caused an infection and I have not be able to wear it without discomfort even though the dentist tried to adapt it. My upper set has parts of the plate with sharp or pointed edges which creates great difficulty and pain when eating. The right side of this plate has a large gap between my plate and gum where my little finger can fit, when I try to chew this causes get pain and embarrassment when the sandwich or other food becomes stuck there, or even pulls my plate out, I wear a gel to keep them located even that struggles to cope with them.

I was referred to Vermilion by my Dentist for a detail implant to replace a lost tooth. The experience was excellent, from the initial communication re my appointment to completion of treatment. Immaculate spotlessly clean clinic and friendly staff, I always felt at ease despite having a big procedure.

A very good experience: friendly receptionists, efficient service, an excellent consultation which was detailed, thorough and put me at ease. Next steps for treatment were discussed and a plan made. Parking was easy. I would definitely recommend.

All staff extremely helpful and reassuring - not that I had a painful procedure, I was still nervous but everyone seems to understand.

My daughter is completely at ease at this dentist. We even travel to London from another city for this dentist - it’s that good!

Overall a good experience but I had to wait 25 minutes to be seen.
