I have been extremely impressed with Professor Branley. I saw him for unexplained symptoms in relation to which my GP had drawn something of a blank. Professor Branley was exceptionally thorough when I consulted him. His report of my first consultation accurately recorded absolutely everything I had said, in addition to outlining a diagnostic course of action. At my second consultation, following various tests, he patiently explained the diagnosis, its implications and the plan of action going forward. At both consultations he was extremely polite, put me at ease, treated me as an equal and listened carefully to everything I said. At both consultations he was happy to take questions, and so I felt he was very approachable. I have absolute confidence in his ability to provide first-class care. I am so relieved finally to be in the hands of a doctor of such quality. I will be more than happy to see him again and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others. I consider the care and attention I have received to be outstanding and I trust him completely.
