Mark from Post Op Hime Physio got me back on my feet quickly after a hip operation. He built a bespoke programme of exercises to strengthen my muscles and during his home visits helped me build up my confidence. He pushed me to work hard but also to listen to my body. The experience was great and I was back on my feet very quickly because of the physio regime which I followed.

Hannah Hobbs looked after me on several occasions and did an amazing job sorting me out. As well as clearly technically knowing what to do and how to help me, her enthusiasm and positive attitude is very motivating and encourages one to do the necessary homework to get the results.

My experience with Cultural Health Club Clinic has been an excellent one. My physio (Daniel) has a plethora of knowledge and is highly experienced. As an athlete himself he related to my struggle with being injured, he's approach is client centred. During each visit he would feedback progress he'd witnessed and then discussed areas we needed to focus on. He helped to build my confidence as a runner and believe my goals where possible. Securing an appointment was quick and easy, the staff at Cultural Health Club are friendly and flexible.

Very good experience. Thorough and rigorous practices run by specialists and professionals. Detailed diagnosis and honest explanations given to me. High quality equipment. Medical staff excellent. Clean and spacious interiors. The receptionists in the main entrance lobby seemed quiet and slightly unwelcoming, so have dropped the score to 4 stars.
