My experience with New Victoria Hospital was excellent.

Diagnostic Centre was fine but printer out of ink, MRI broken which didn't give an overall feeling that it is not a top end clinic

Hospital experience was overall good, had to struggle a bit for parking though!

From the welcome by both of the charming gentlemen at the front door, through to the nurses who held my hand in theatre and the surgeon & rest of the theatre team - my surgery went swimmingly on both occasions.

Didn't expect to have to wait quite so long but got there in the end.

Life changing experience One year on from my CFS experience, I can't think how it could have gone any better. The initial assessment was thorough and filled me with confidence, the surgery (intra-lasik to tackle myopia and astigmatism) went exactly as described in their Oxshott surgery, and the follow-up care was first-rate. Based on my experience, I'd be pleased to recommend Mr Daya to anyone. I know others who have used some well-known facilities in London and had nowhere near the same level of care.

All staff at Shirley Oaks are lovely. I felt looked after and cared for throughout, from reception staff booking appointments, through scans/blood tests etc to the day of the procedure- I stayed overnight and the nursing staff couldn’t do enough for me. The catering staff were also lovely. My anaesthetist met with me before and checked in with me after the procedure, he explained everything clearly and put me at ease- I had complete trust in him. Can’t fault the care I received from all.
