Very good hospital with attentive and helpful staff

Diagnostic Centre was fine but printer out of ink, MRI broken which didn't give an overall feeling that it is not a top end clinic

Nuffield Health Parkside Hospital provides a very pleasant environment with high standards of cleanliness, all of the members of staff we spoke to were, happy to help and showed kindness to myself and my daughter.

From the welcome by both of the charming gentlemen at the front door, through to the nurses who held my hand in theatre and the surgeon & rest of the theatre team - my surgery went swimmingly on both occasions.

Overall experience was very pleasant.

Life changing experience One year on from my CFS experience, I can't think how it could have gone any better. The initial assessment was thorough and filled me with confidence, the surgery (intra-lasik to tackle myopia and astigmatism) went exactly as described in their Oxshott surgery, and the follow-up care was first-rate. Based on my experience, I'd be pleased to recommend Mr Daya to anyone. I know others who have used some well-known facilities in London and had nowhere near the same level of care.

Cromwell Hospital was very efficient and kind in dealing with my child and the various tests he needed to have.
