My experience contrasts sharply with the laissez-faire attitude I received from my own NHS surgery (which upsets me deeply, as I believe passionately in the NHS). Dr Paviour conducted a thorough examination and a clear explanation of his finding and recommendations going forward; he also offered further contact should I be in need of subsequent clarification. Within a matter of hours, he had provided a comprehensive written report confirming his findings and clinical recommendations. This is medicine at its best.
