Dr Colette Griffin is a Consultant Neurologist who specialises in traumatic brain injury and currently Leads the traumatic brain injury team at St George's University Hospitals Trust. She has nearly two decades of experience and sees private patients at Parkside Hospital, Wimbledon.
Dr Griffin gained her medical qualifications at St Bartholomew's Medical School, University of London, qualifying in 1993, after which she completed her MD at University College London. She then undertook and completed basic and specialist neurological training at various prestigious institutes in London, including Queen's Square, The Royal London Hospital, The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery and Charing Cross Hospital. Upon completion of her training, she was appointed Consultant at St Georges Hospital, where she was since made remarkable contributions to the Traumatic Brain Injury service. Dr Griffin has also authored numerous peer reviewed papers on the subject of brain injury.

Dr Griffin was fantastic! She was very easy to talk to and I felt listened to. A very kind doctor that anyone would feel comfortable with. Everything was explained very clearly and I left with next steps and a plan. Couldn’t recommend Dr Griffin more!

Dr Griffin is the perfect example of a knowledgeable clinician but with also that extra important attribute of empathy and understanding of her patient’s concern and importance of life style. She listened to me carefully and was able to pre empty my concerns and reassure me of the right next steps, balancing risk and my ability to carry on with my life style. Very happy to have discovered this little gem of a hospital close to where I live.

Dr Griffin has been very helpful and explained everything throughly when it came to Myasthnia Gravis and COVID. Always pleasant to speak with and made sure all our questions were answered. I would highly recommend Dr Griffin.
