It was nice to see that he knew all his nurses first names and was careful to use our names. I trusted him instantly and am very glad to have been cared for by him.

Professor Caplin is a consummate professional with a kind 'bedside manner' who explained everything carefully and carried out the procedure extremely efficiently. I would most certainly recommend him to anyone who is in need of investigation and treatment as he is clearly an expert in his field, but also is a very nice man.
