My appointment was my first appointment for a concern for my 1 year old, so I was understandably nervous. Not only was Dr Ray incredible with me - making me feel instantly at ease, heard, and validated - but she was also absolutely amazing with my little boy, giving out stickers and playing boo around her desk. He absolutely loved her. Dr Ray made what was a scary prospect actually a really nice, comforting experience and she will be my first port of call for any health concerns for my beloved children in future!

She took me through a conditioning programme and was able to resolve my achilles tendonitis with in the time frame outlined in our initial consultation. If I ever injure myself again I know who to contact!
