My experience with Alessandro has been great. He is able to address issues in a thoughtful and reassuring way that has helped ease stress and anxiety for me. He has a fantastic ability to truly understand your problems and address them with care and patience.

Great experience overall. Aisan is a great listener and explains concepts very well. The exercises she performed with me were helpful and I could definitely see a progress through attending her therapy sessions.

Mrs Sukhjit has been very friendly and. helpful guiding me on a path to happiness. I started with a very severe binge eating disorder because I was struggling to cope in life. I turned to food to help me ease the pain I was feeling but this was an unhealthy and only temporary comfort. Since then I am slowly getting better, I feel more in control of the way I cope with my emotions. I am now able to fine other ways to comfort myself that are more healthy and help to better my overall self.

Monika is incredibly warm and patient, and gives an impression of unconditional compassion and belief in one's potential. Having this energy reflected at me on a weekly basis was truly healing in itself. I also appreciate how dynamic and adaptive her therapeutic style is. We often shifted between brainspotting, EMDR, visualisation and talking therapy techniques, and Monika was always attuned to what would be most powerful at any given moment.

Nikki is a wonderful force of compassion, understanding and common sense. She knows so much about how to support young people with neurodiversity and is so generous with her knowledge and support. After each session, I come away with new ideas, energy, determination and as if I have had a big hug.
