Mrs Aylin Webb

Aylin Webb is an experienced CBT Psychotherapist and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapist accredited by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). Prior to starting her own private practice Mind & Mood, she has worked at The Priory Hospital Chelmsford and the NHS.

Aylin completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at The Open University in 2011, followed by her Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology at London Metropolitan University in 2013. In 2016, she completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) at the University of Hertfordshire and received her Certificate in EMDR from EMDR Extra in 2017. Aylin is also an accredited Master Coach and a member of International Coaching Federation (ICF) as well as IAPC&M. Aylin also holds a Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming Therapy (NLP).

Aylin has worked with adults over 17 in various clinical settings, including both inpatient and outpatient clinics. Her commitment to improving mental health is evident through her contributions to hospitals such as Whittington Health NHS Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) Services, Brentwood Mind, St Andrew’s Low Secure Mental Health Hospital, and Mind and Mood Psychological Therapies, IESO, and CBT Clinic London.

Aylin's approach is characterised by a compassionate and evidence-based methodology. She has expertise in delivering CBT in both individual and group settings.
