Everything was very efficient and cheerful.

I had a very painful back strain which after the massage got better very quickly and I was back to normal in less than 48hrs. I've had similar things in the past which have taken much longer to get better so I'm sure the massage saved me several days of pain and immobility. Emma was very pleasant and friendly, so overall I am very happy with my treatment.

Very clean and clean efficient

The Platinum Medical Centre was very clean and the staff were all professional.

But for the fact that I was 'in' for a hip replacement operation and was therefore understandable apprehensive, I'm tempted to say the two night stay at this hospital was enjoyable, such was the excellent and professional treatment that I received. All the nurses and support staff were friendly and attentive at all times. And the food was good too.
