Absolutely grateful. I call on a Saturday and they helped me get an appointment for that same day. Flurina was so amazing, caring and empathic. She helped me so much in only 1 session. Truly recommend.
I had a very positive experience at my osteopathy appointment. The osteopath was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to my concerns. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. I already feel some improvement and was given helpful advice and exercises to support my recovery. I would highly recommend their service.
Flurina was very friendly and professional, identifying the cause of my neck pain and helping with numerous other issues. I left relaxed and far more comfortable, with exercises prescribed . Would recommend to the world
Loved the place and Flurina was super kind and helpful. I felt completely relaxed and uplifted after the visit
I had my first appointment at Butterfeild Osteopathy in Stoke Newington, and I honestly couldn't be more impressed. The clinic is serene, spotless, and incredibly relaxing. The whole environment feels calm, green, and tranquil, which immediately put me at ease. I was treated by Emma, and she is an absolute miracle worker. I went in with severe pain from piriformis syndrome and could barely walk comfortably. After just one treatment, I experienced instant relief. I walked out feeling virtually pain-free, which was incredible. Emma is highly skilled, professional, and has such a reassuring approach. I genuinely can't recommend her highly enough. I'm already booked in for another treatment next week, and after the results from just one session, I can't wait to go back. Thank you, Emma, for your amazing work. First-class treatment from start to finish!
Thank you so very much for the review for Emma! We are so pleased you had such a positive outcome from that first session.
Flurina has helped me so hugely when recovering from pregnancy and birth! On all levels! I can' t recommend her highly enough! Thank you dear Flurina.
Thank you for the review! We are so pleased you had such a good session with Flurina.
I attended Butterfield Osteopathy with pain in my heel ahead of a walking holiday. Joshua did a very thorough diagnosis to work out the source of the pain. I completed a series of 3 shockwave treatments, which enormously reduced the pain and swelling. Joshua was super thorough and intuitive with the treatment - he always explained his thought process, which I found really reassuring. In the end, I was able to go on holiday and complete a multi-day hike as planned!
Thank you very much for the review ! We are pleased you had such a positive experience
Had three appointments with seens for me and my newborn. Emma was knowledgeable and helpful and helped ease some tension in my baby’s jaw and my neck. Accommodated me having to feed the baby and generally a lovely experience.
Thank you so much for your review for Emma ! We look forward to seeing you again should you or your baby need it.
Emma was her usual very friendly and professional.

Why do I have pain? Our nervous system detects pain when we’re ill, tired, stressed, or have just sustained an injury. This is because previous injuries made us more sensitive to pain. This is why people often get recurring musculoskeletal pain in the same places of the body even when there has not been a recent injury. Acute pain is usually caused […]

By Maria Larrain MPhil BOst DPO PgC ACE (clin ed) I love dummies for newborns. This may go against what parents are told about dummies during the first few weeks of breastfeeding. It is said that using a dummy or pacifier may cause ‘nipple confusion’. This is a poorly understood condition where the baby refuses […]
