The lack of comparison prevents excellent overall

The hospital was excellent.

The staff were very friendly and made sure my stay was as comfortable as could be. The meals weren’t as good as my stay in 2022 and they seemed to be aiming for food like a posh restaurant but have to say it wasn’t fitting for a hospital environment. Definitely need to go back to wholesome food!

Had Surgery here 4 years ago, had excellent care from all the Staff and was completely looked after from the moment I arrived until I left 4 days later, I have continued to use Outpatient department on a regular basis & cannot fault care that I receive.

From the moment I arrived to the moment I left the hospital, I received high quality care. Thank you to all the staff on the ward and in theatre and recovery.

Nothing to say other than superb! Made the whole experience as easy as possible and were very supportive!

All the staff at the Saxon clinic were very friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The service was great and I was very comfortable throughout my stay. I would say as a negative, that the room I stayed in seemed very “tired”, it was in need of a redecoration. Apart from that, everything was fine.
