It was the best decision me and my family made. Mr Kasmiya was so kind, gentle and patient with me. He explained everything to me in a kind manner and was clear as to what to expect. He never made me feel silly for being so scared of the operation and helped me throughout my time at the King Edward VII Hospital. His after care has been great no puffer machines!
