Mr Ayoub explained the whole process and subsequent outcome very thoroughly and answered any questions and concerns in detail. The surgery was on both eyes and the treatment was painless and took little time. All in all I felt I was in good hands all through the consultations and surgery and am very happy with the outcome. His explanations of what he found and also the options for the way forward were very clear and helpful. In addition, his secretary responded very quickly if I had any questions regarding appointment details, which made the whole process very efficient and easy.

I am relatively young to have cataracts and have always been scared of the optician especially the puffy puffer eye pressure machine. I had to go private as I was too scared to wait. It was the best decision me and my family made. Mr Kasmiya was so kind, gentle and patient with me. He explained everything to me in a kind manner and was clear as to what to expect. He never made me feel silly for being so scared of the operation and helped me throughout my time at the King Edward VII Hospital. His after care has been great no puffer machines! He has always been fair and honest in his diagnosis. I have no hesitation in recommending Mr Kasmiya for any optical issues you may have concerns with. I am currently saving for my next eye operation which I know will be as great as the first.
