The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which helped ease any initial nerves I had. When I met with Dr. Ibrahim, he listened attentively to my concerns and took the time to address each one thoroughly. He explained everything in a clear and understandable manner, which helped me feel reassured and empowered about my health. Dr Ibrahim didn't rush through the appointment and made sure I felt heard and understood every step of the way. Mr Aloe has been brilliant. Has really taken the extra time to answer all my questions, help me understand exactly what I was having done and what I need to do after the surgery. He has been very patient and understanding with me when I was worrying. I felt very well looked after and both before and after surgery. He took the time to see me weekly after surgery to ensure I had the best outcome for my wound. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

I came to Gus with a calf injury which had stopped me running eight weeks out from a marathon. Gus diagnosed the issue, helped me strengthen the muscles to prevent it returning and gave me a training plan that got me back on track. He’s knowledgeable, practical and realistic. He understood I didn’t want a zero risk plan - but to get to the event and complete it (which I did with no pain and a time I’m delighted with).
