Friendly staff and excellent professional care during the operation. The general admin could be improved: I received no paperwork ahead of my second operation (right eye). I had a date in my diary from a previous conversation, but no formal instructions as with the first operation (left eye). On the day before my operation, on checking with Moorfields to ascertain if the operation was still going ahead, I then had three callbacks - one to pay for the op, then to carry out the pre-operation health check. Everything went well on the day, but the general admin did not reflect well on Moorfields.

Availability of doctors and specialists was very good and lead time to appointments very quick Booking process was prompt and booking staff helpful. Facilities are modern and clean.

Very professional and helpful staff...the nurses and doctors was amazing and very helpful.
