Everything is efficient and friendly at the Southbank. The hospital is clean and the rooms spacious and well equipped. The lunch I had after my procedure was very good indeed.

The whole experience was stress free. Good communications, prompt appoitments, very competent and friendly admin & medical staff. Outpatient facilities are very good and the In patient room accommadtion was excellent.

Welcoming and clean enviroment. everthing explained well. The taxi did not arrive but that was accella care not OSD that ordered that. It would have been useful to know at the begining that I could not drive away from the appointment. Also that theclinic was in Hemel Hempstead or Solihul

I visit this hospital regularly every eight weeks it is always a friendly and pleasant atmosphere, and all the receptionists are very helpful and polite, as are all the employees in every department. i am always dealt with promptly.

Overall, the experience of Woodthorpe hospital was fine however I found it concerning that my online medical questionnaire could not be located considering I only completed it one month ago
