The team have been amazing especially the nursing team who have supported myself emotional and with the quick response when I have had any questions.

The staff and facilities are excellent , the appointment to attend letter did not explain if you would provide food or drinks during the surgery , there were no directions for the hospital given , the letter was 95% about how you would like to be paid !

The hospital was very good, the room was nice and the staff could not do enough for you. I felt very well looked after. Whenever I have had an appointment they are on time.

Held health have a lovely friendly team who understand the stress of modern day parenting children with special needs. They were happy to answer any questions and have been great with trying to get the school to recognise absences are due to health issues. Dr Crabb is very knowledgeable, caring and good with teens. I have recommended him to a friend who has also had a very positive experience with a different condition. They have a prescription delivery service so we haven't had to try to source adhd medicine unlike I have seen others struggling to fill prescriptions. Really can't thank them enough for making me feel supported where the NHS totally failed us

Staff were friendly and made me feel welcome. The room was clean and tidy and they explained everything to me.

Easy parking, hospital really clean. Receptionists polite.
