He is friendly and explains any concerns succinctly..

He made what is typically an uncomfortable appointment reasonably comfortable -- I would say that is as good as it gets.

The rating for 'explanation' was because I would have liked more detail about the procedure and post operative probabilities. I realise that not all patients wish to know these things.

I was quite concerned about what my symptoms were being caused by before seeing Dr Patki, but after the initial consultation I felt reassured by his friendly and knowledgeable manner that my health was in good hands.
