Poonam Pradhan was absolutely delightful!!! Such a lovely lady and very easy to talk to. Due to previous experiences in the past, I was very nervous but she made me feel at ease. Ask me questions about menopause symptoms that I’m having and had time to listen to me. As for the smear, I did not feel a thing!!! Thank you so much for your professionalism and kindness.

I saw Mr Webster as I was concerned about an impending operation that was recommended by another gynaecologist. Mr Webster explained why it might not be necessary as I have had previous bowel operations and could be a very tricky op. I left his surgery feeling very positive and my mind at ease.
