Very unprofessional dealing with vulnerable patients, I have had a very bad experience with alternaleaf over the course of 1 year to then be told my medical records are no good and get discharged. FYI I'm a registered cannabis patient in the UK but they are still giving me a hard time and not accepting to coorect the errors in my case! Do jog use these people unless there is no other option

Receptionists can sometimes be a little brusque, but otherwise very good overall.

As always, I found all staff, doctors and assistants to be in the most relaxed and cheerful mode. The atmosphere at the Rmh is always, my opinion, wonderful.

I can’t recommend PBH highly enough. I’ve been going for years and can always rely on my therapist’s compassion, understanding and counsel. I’m in an all together different and happier place through the work I’ve done with PBH. The staff were very friendly and my nurse, Beth, was also very clear and helpful throughout the appointment
