Who is eligible for medical cannabis? 

Patients can self-refer to Mamedica if they have tried two or more types of treatment, medicine or therapy as prescribed by a GP or licenced practitioner and have no previous history of psychosis or schizophrenia.

How does it work?

Patients can self-refer to Mamedica by completing the online eligibility form. Thereafter, patients can seamlessly book an online consultation with a specialist doctor or request a call back from the clinic to answer any questions a patient may have regarding treatment.

During an initial consultation, if the patient and doctor agree that medical cannabis could be a beneficial treatment, a prescription is written and passed over to Mamedica Dispensary to be shipped. Thereafter, patients will be required to check in for a follow-up to ensure they are experiencing results.

What does Mamedica prescribe?

Mamedica prescribes a wide range of cannabis-based medicines ranging from THC, CBD and balanced profiles. Prescriptions are available in cannabis flower, oils, cartridges and capsules; all delivered discreetly to the patient's door. All medicines are EU-GMP certified.
