What an amazing consultant! One of the best consultations I’ve had. Miss Ceraldi was polite and professional but also friendly and helpful. She put me at ease and made me feel comfortable and confident in her decisions regarding my treatment.

My consultation with Dr Sala Abdalla was for a suspected Hernia. She was very thorough with her examination and did not think it was a Hernia. Therefore a MRI Scan was advised. On receiving the results Dr Sala was right. I felt very comfortable with my consultation.

I’ve had the best experience under Mr Aruna Munasinghe care. He went above and beyond helping me deciding if surgery was a good fit for me and explaining details and aftercare with me. He listens to concerns and answers questions very clearly and is very understanding. Great bedside manner both before, during and after surgery.

What was impressive in the consultation was the time and care in simple language taking me through the "problem" and the solution, and the potential (even if minimal) risks; and in checking that I really did understand what would be involved in the procedure. I therefore left confident in proceeding; and his follow up letter for my GP and insurers set out in detail the full extent of our discussion.

Mr Veeramootoo has been very helpful from the time of my diagnosis to date. He examined and explained the condition and the options available to me. Although I was scared of the procedure, he did not rush me but ensured I was mentally ready before proceeding. I am very grateful for the service received and for his kindness and support.

He cleared up any queries I had in regard to my diagnosis and what was required to resolve the problem. He was calm and unhurried, taking time to deal with my concerns about the surgery.

Miss Jaward was absolutely superb. She explained everything to me before my operation. She was very nice and I could not be happier with the outcome.
