Dr Drymousis explained the procedure in details and performed with great result

Superb from start to finish. In both consultation meetings Mr Drymousis was very clear in his explanations and generous with his time. He seemed to welcome my interest in the procedure and was very open to explaining his preferred methods in the operation. His calm, kind and approachable manner dispelled any anxiety around the operation itself. He inspires confidence in every way. The open surgery to repair my femoral hernia (in January 2024) went very smoothly: there were no complications on the day or following the procedure; healing was swift and straightforward. I cannot speak highly enough of the skill and knowledge of Mr Drymousis and am extremely grateful that I was assigned to him for treatment. If ever I had a gastro-intestinal problem in the future requiring an operation, I would wish him to be my surgeon again.

Mr Drymousis was amazing. From the moment I attended my initial appointment to be assessed for a hernia operation, to my surgery and beyond, he has been approachable, knowledgeable and all that I could have wished for in a consultant. He explained the procedure to me in layman's terms and allowed a space for me to ask questions. I did not have many because his explanation had been so clear and concise. I felt very confident in his knowledge and skill set and can confirm that the operation was a success. I would recommend Mr Drymousis again and again. A true professional, an expert in his field!

Mr Drymousis is the ultimate professional. He knows his craft to a level I've never seen before in a medical practitioner. His explanations were clear but thorough and he helped me make the best decisions as to how to proceed with my triple hernia repair surgery. Before and after the surgery, he made me feel at ease and comfortable. And his follow-up 8 weeks after the surgery confirmed that I was perfectly healed and able to move-on to living a normal life. I can't recommend him enough !
Many thanks for your review - I am very pleased to hear that you felt comfortable throughout the process.
