My experience of meeting Dr. Harris for a consultation, through to a Gastroscopy and final follow up appointment was beyond my expectation. Both Dr. Harris and his P.A. Mollie Falk-Jones were extremely organised and efficient, keeping me informed throughout and making very speedy appointments. Dr. Harris put me completely at ease and the procedure, (although I was nervous), was quick and absolutely painless - I was actually unaware that it had been carried out! In addition, Dr. Harris went out of his way to advise me of a more holistic approach to my difficulties as a Type 2 Diabetic and to liaise with my G.P. for which I am very grateful. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Harris and his team to anyone considering the necessity for a consultation/this type of procedure. Thank you Dr. Harris, Mollie and the team, your kind assistance has been very much appreciated.

I found Mr Marshall to be exceptional. His relaxed and informative manner immediately put me at ease and his sense of humour helped. Answered any question I had and fully informed me of the procedure, including the pre-assessment, and of course the inherent risks of surgery.

After surgery he was able to explain all that he had done and left me feeling that I was in the care of an excellent surgeon with a huge breadth of knowledge and surgical expertise. What was impressive in the consultation was the time and care in simple language taking me through the "problem" and the solution, and the potential (even if minimal) risks; and in checking that I really did understand what would be involved in the procedure. I therefore left confident in proceeding; and his follow up letter for my GP and insurers set out in detail the full extent of our discussion.

Dr McNair is very professional and I had a great experience at the consultation with him. He has taken great notes and followed-up promptly with a summary of what we talked and recommendations.
