I was extremely well looked after by everyone I came into contact with and they all tried to put me at my ease.

Check in staff need educating where is best for visitors to check in and also in knowing what the likely delays are in being able to have a test done and to see one's consultant.

I meet dr Hannah Douglas very professional and very knowledgeable, I would really recommend it to everyone who is looking for a good checkup of health care.

As a trauma surgeon myself 10 stars for excellent rapid testing, and very competent and well trained staff/

Only issue was that I was sent the wrong date via text for my appointment and when I tried ringing several numbers couldn't get an answer - this was on a Friday/Saturday and my appointment was supposed to be on the Tuesday and it was a bank holiday weekend so I arrived at the hospital on Tuesday not knowing where to go or whether the procedure was actually taking place that day as I didn't receive the confirmation letter either

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

Great experience
