Over the 5-6 months I developed a better understanding of what I need to change in my workout and implemented his recommendations. I came to Dr Bownes for a second opinion on two MRIs of my knee. He did not provide a clear response to whether my ACL was damaged despite repeatedly asking him, and he did not seem worried my knee pain was left undiagnosed. I did not feel my concerns were heard during or after the meeting, or that he looked at the MRIs carefully, and he seemed to have made up his mind before looking at them. Dr. Bownes did not seem very interested in my case.

My experience with Mr Matthew Sala was excellent. He's very calm, he's very attentive and asks the right questions. He had diagnosed my shoulder injury for which he did a thorough examination during our appointment. He doesn't rush - and I feel that he cares for his patients. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
