I became distressed during the appointment and Dr Moraleda was extremely sympathetic and explained in depth my next steps, the option of surgery and the risks it entails and I felt listened to and left feeling that I had for the first time a clear idea in my head of what I'm dealing with and what my next steps are.

The experience was great. Mr Jacob explained everything very clearly and both the procedure and recovery went very well.

What was impressive in the consultation was the time and care in simple language taking me through the "problem" and the solution, and the potential (even if minimal) risks; and in checking that I really did understand what would be involved in the procedure. I therefore left confident in proceeding; and his follow up letter for my GP and insurers set out in detail the full extent of our discussion.

I had a rhinoplasty with Mr Thomas Jacques 8 weeks ago. My experience was so much better than I could have imagined. Over the moon with my result which is so natural looking and looks like I could have been born with this nose, it suits my face perfectly. My experience of meeting Dr. Harris for a consultation, through to a Gastroscopy and final follow up appointment was beyond my expectation. Both Dr. Harris and his P.A. Mollie Falk-Jones were extremely organised and efficient, keeping me informed throughout and making very speedy appointments. Dr. Harris put me completely at ease and the procedure, (although I was nervous), was quick and absolutely painless - I was actually unaware that it had been carried out! In addition, Dr. Harris went out of his way to advise me of a more holistic approach to my difficulties as a Type 2 Diabetic and to liaise with my G.P. for which I am very grateful. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Harris and his team to anyone considering the necessity for a consultation/this type of procedure.
