I went to see Dr Fidler to gain some clarity on some reflux and digestive issues I have had. During my first consultation, Dr Fidler was patient and kind, and listened well to my concerns. Dr Fidler laid out a clear plan of action. When I had my procedure of an upper GI endoscopy, Dr Fidler explained the procedure clearly and gave me time to ask questions. Dr Fidler made me feel at ease and I felt confident in her. After the procedure Dr Fidler came to check on me and explained the following steps. During the post procedure consultation Dr Fidler gave me time and listened well. She clearly explained the findings and my options moving forward. I found Dr Fidler to be empathetic, proactive, honest and helpful in advising me on how I can move forward with my health and manage my condition. I found communication with Dr Fidler easy and found her secretary Shereen to be very kind and helpful in our communications.
