My sister has made amazing progress in the short time she has been with you. So much better than hospital. Staff are kind and friendly. Sometimes it is hard for us to communicate with staff. I sometimes have to wait a long time before my call is returned when I have a query. However the staff do an amazing job and have made her feel heard.

The clients only got keys to the front this year, after a situation where, a client, myself, got locked out of the building at around 2:30 at night.
