I can honestly say, Mr. Stephen Derbyshire has hands of gold!!! He did a wonderful job for me. I feel so blessed to know him and have Stephen as my doctor. He explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He was also kind, caring and friendly. All of the staff were great – they were helpful and kind. I had a very positive appointment with Mr Robinson he was immensely thorough, both on what was wrong but also on the procedure.

I find Mr. Moore extremely reassuring. He listens to what I have to say and I don't feel rushed. He is patient and explains procedures, etc very well. I feel he has taken time to review my notes, test results and history and therefore I have complete confidence in him.

I had cholesteatoma surgery and Dr Xie made sure that all my questions were answered. She is patient and kind and very welcoming. My mum always has lots of questions at every appointment we have and she has always been able to answer, we never felt rushed. A very lovely lady and always ready to help with questions.
