Overall I am extremely satisfied with the experience with Mr Karim Kassam. From the very beginning, Mr Kassam was very thorough and explained the process and diagnosis promptly and clearly. The clarity and swift diagnosis was incredibly reassuring making what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and straightforward. My recovery is coming along very well 1 week post operation and the pain has subsided quite significantly. I find Mr. Moore extremely reassuring. He listens to what I have to say and I don't feel rushed. He is patient and explains procedures, etc very well. I feel he has taken time to review my notes, test results and history and therefore I have complete confidence in him.

I had cholesteatoma surgery and Dr Xie made sure that all my questions were answered. She is patient and kind and very welcoming. My mum always has lots of questions at every appointment we have and she has always been able to answer, we never felt rushed. A very lovely lady and always ready to help with questions.
