Mr Moore was excellent in explaining everything in detail to me. I was very nervous about the operation due to where it was (Throat) however, he has a gentle and kind manner which made me feel I was not to worry and I'd be in very good hands. He came to see me after the operation and again reassured me that all went well and he will contact my sister to let the family know how I was doing. He's truly one of the best. Thank you Mr Moore

Lots of time taken to help me to understand what the problem might be and how tests can be used to help. I learned a lot, and it helped me to understand a lot of the symptoms that I was experiencing.

Dr. Andrew was very lovely. He explained what needed to be done but also in my case reasons why at this point in time we have to wait. He was very informative and polite. Overall it was a very pleasant visit.

Very easy to talk to and I really felt that I was being listened to which has not always been the case when visiting a Consultant.

I was anxious and feeling pretty unwell when I was consulted, but Andrew Moore was very caring and explained things to me. He also very quickly diagnosed and advised clearly regarding the treatment. Within days of seeing him and the treatment I received from him, I started to feel much better and gladly still feel so.

I felt very fortunate to be under the care of Mr Moore. From the very first consultation Mr Moore managed to ease my anxiety within minutes. He has an incredibly patient, calm and caring way of explaining everything in detail (Even to the point of drawing diagrams when he could sense I wasn’t quite understanding) I felt very relaxed on the morning of my operation knowing I was in such good hands. I honestly could not speak highly enough of such a great ENT Surgeon !
