Mr Moore conducted the unpleasant laryngoscopy procedure with care and sensitivity, and explained his diagnosis clearly, along with how he intended to consider any further examinations if required. Debbie has organised countless appointments for me over an eight year period, and is a true asset, firstly to Mr Harries (now retired), and her dedication and efficiency continues with Mr Moore. I was absolutely terrified when I went to see Mr Moore Yesterday. The minute I walked in he immediately put me at ease. He was kind, patient and very thorough. He really made me feel as though I was being listened to and couldn't have been better in my opinion. Anyone who is worried about anything I would urge you to go to see him as I genuinely can't speak highly enough!

Andrew has a very calm and reassuring manner which I greatly appreciated as I was quite anxious about the symptoms I was exhibiting. His follow up calls to discuss my MRI results were also excellent and he took the time to explain everything clearly.

This appointment took place at the height of the lockdown. I was nervous as I had to go alone ( my wife could not enter the ward) everyone including me was wearing a mask. Dr. Moore and all the staff made me feel relaxed. It was not easy to identify my issue right at the back of my mouth but not only did Dr.Moore find the rough tissue,he undertook the taking of four biopsys under a local anaesthetic. The last time I had this done involved a day surgery under a general anaesthetic.i got the results in two weeks. Dr. Moore subsequently rang me and talked me through the next steps.I am overwhelmed with the kindness and utter professionalism of the ent team. Fabulous people fabulous treatment. If you are unlucky to get cancer scares,this is THE place to go. ,

Mr Moore was always open to me having the tests and treatment that I wanted. He explained each scenario clearly so that I fully understood what each of my options were. Results were also explained clearly and I always felt that I would get a good response to any of my questions. My operation went well and I am very happy with the results. He is friendly and competent and I had absolute trust in having my treatment with him.

Mr Moore treated me when diagnosed with tonsil cancer. I cannot speak highly enough of Mr Moore, who was incredibly clear when explaining my diagnosis and treatment as well an managing the impact the news would have on me, as his patient. I can categorically say, that Mr Moore managed the entire process so well that without his expertise , empathy and professionalism, I would have undoubtedly found this much more difficult. Mr Moore’s calm manner and approach also automatically invokes assurance and confidence.

Dr Moore has been excellent. From the start he has been very calm and thorough. At all stages I have been free to ask questions and encouraged to contact him even between appointments if I have concerns. The surgery left a very near scar and no complications at all. The follow up visits have been arranged to suit my needs as well as the medical requirements. Any reports I have needed for work have been very quick to receive. Overall I feel very lucky to have Dr Moore as my doctor.
