Mr Stephen Derbyshire

I can honestly say, Mr. Stephen Derbyshire has hands of gold!!! He did a wonderful job for me. I feel so blessed to know him and have Stephen as my doctor. He explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He was also kind, caring and friendly. All of the staff were great – they were helpful and kind. I am so glad I chose Mount Alvernia hospital and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I had a consultation with Dr Derbyshire today. He is clearly an extremely knowledgeable Consultant and has a warm empathetic approach.

I was probably over-concerned about a lump in throat, worried that it could be cancer. Mr Derbyshire was so thorough and reassuring throughout the examination. I really appreciated the explanation about everything he was doing, what he was seeing, and showing me the imaging. Fortunately all clear and thoroughly reassured. I will definitely see him again for any ENT issues.

Mr Derbyshire is caring, knowledgeable and a good listener. He quickly zeroed in on my condition and helped me to recover.

Excellent surgeon, my operation was a tricky one and Dr Derbyshire was very careful to reduce the side effects to nil, and the stitches were so neatly done that the scar is almost invisible. I highly recommend Dr Derbyshire.
