Picking your surgeon can be so difficult. I can not stress about the importance on the way your surgeon makes you feel when you first interact and share your vision and expectations. Mr Young has an extremely courteous and reassuring manner. He explained the situation and different possibilities very calmly and clearly. His whole demeanor gave me great confidence in his abilities. Consultants can sometimes be condescending, which is not at all the case with Mr Young. The procedure itself went without a hitch. The result is hugely impressive - in a highly visible place (tip of my nose) the repair is unobtrusive just 2 months after the operation, with a great contour. I think that once the redness has faded completely, it will be very hard to spot that anything has happened at all. I would not hesitate both to recommend Mr Young to others and to go back to him if I ever needed a different intervention.

I can’t thank Dr Navid Jallali enough. He brought to my attention a problem I have that my NHS Doctor had dismissed as nothing.
