I came to Dr Bownes for a second opinion on two MRIs of my knee. He did not provide a clear response to whether my ACL was damaged despite repeatedly asking him, and he did not seem worried my knee pain was left undiagnosed. I did not feel my concerns were heard during or after the meeting, or that he looked at the MRIs carefully, and he seemed to have made up his mind before looking at them. Dr. Bownes did not seem very interested in my case.

Mr Somani was Very pleasant and explained the whole procedure to me and I felt very at ease I didn't have any questions for him as he explained everything. He came back to me a couple of times to see if I'm OK. I would like to say a big thank you to Dr Somani
