Dr Kosutic also advised on what my surgery would consist of and also made me aware of any risks or post surgery complications that could occur as a result of my surgery. Dr Giulia Luciano removed two cysts from my scalp and did an amazing job, leaving almost invisible signs of the procedure. Also, I did not have any pain during and after the procedure. I was worried that I would be losing some hair after the costs were removed, though she was very careful and left no damage to the hairline. I was very happy with the outcome.

My experience as a patient of Mr. Arora was excellent, he was very attentive and explained exactly what I should expect during and post operation. He stayed involved throughout my recovery and was always there to offer advice to the team and support for me.

Mr Young has an extremely courteous and reassuring manner. He explained the situation and different possibilities very calmly and clearly. His whole demeanor gave me great confidence in his abilities. Consultants can sometimes be condescending, which is not at all the case with Mr Young. The procedure itself went without a hitch. The result is hugely impressive - in a highly visible place (tip of my nose) the repair is unobtrusive just 2 months after the operation, with a great contour. I think that once the redness has faded completely, it will be very hard to spot that anything has happened at all. I would not hesitate both to recommend Mr Young to others and to go back to him if I ever needed a different intervention.

My whole experience has been flawless, Dr Khatib is proffesianal courteous at all times. He is an asset to the NHS.
