I had received a full description of the procedure beforehand. Dr Naghibi was friendly, direct and put me at ease. He asked if I had an questions about the procedure and outlined the length of time it would take. The procedure was uneventful and I received a full report prior to the leaving the premises.

He listened and responded with clear explanations and positive suggestions. I found him approachable and he addressed any doubts and questions, from me and my family, both knowledgeably and reassuringly and with appropriate humour. Perhaps the most outstanding feature of my experience with Professor Purkayastha was his compassion and clear devotion to what he does. He shows humility and never underestimates the trust placed in him, considering it an honour to be able to help. It was a privilege to be treated by him and my surgery has been a huge success! Dr. Besherdas is an excellent doctor who really listened to me and put me at ease before my gastroscopy and colonoscopy. He banded my haemoroids as well. Both procedures were quick and painfree. He was kind enough to arrange the procedures within a week and his entire team was so supportive and reassuring. He has a good sense of humour as well which helps to relieve nerves before the procedures. I would highly recommend him for any gastroenterology related issues and procedures. It's a 5 🌟 from me !
