The experience with Professor Peter Irving was one of the best I had in the medical system in UK in every step of the process. First professor Irving takes time to listme and understand the context and history of the problem as well as all the details of the condition, symptoms. Then professor Irving proposes alternative solutions and helps decide what is the best and the most adapted one. As in my case, when it comes to surgery, Professor irving prepares you all the way, explines clearly what will happen and what can happen. On the day of the surgery , Professor Irving introduces his team and makes you feel at ease, and the team handles every aspect of the procedure remarquably well. The post op is equaly very well handled , with time given to recover. Everything is done in a safe and extremely clean environnement. The follow up meetings are very clear, and re-assuring.

I was in agony and he saw me at very short notice, sent me immediately for tests and once the diagnosis was confirmed, he referred me immediately to a surgeon. This all took place in less than 60 minutes, I can highly recommend him, approachable, thorough and very personable.

Dr. Peter Irving was very understanding of my health condition, and I do not regret coming to the center in London to meet him. He made me feel that all things are easy and can be solved, but with deliberation and patience. He was also always smiling and giving a lot of time to talk. He was a good listener and knew the patient and his illness at first sight, and all his questions were easyto answer them. He always uses the easy English language to understand him. He also cares about the patient's psychological condition and likes to know how the patient feels in order to give him the best solutions.
