Professor Lobo has helped me more in one appointment that any other doctors have in my whole life. He is one of the few doctors that understands a very complex illness and provides incredibly useful information for the patient to understand it and improve. The treatment he provided is already working and for the first time I have hope that my life will be better.

I was very keen to see Dr Jenkins after experiencing a period of illness and fatigue that no other doctors were seemingly able to help me any further with. On top of my thyroid condition, I have had had chronic fatigue that wasn’t improving with medication. Dr Jenkins took the time to listen to my full medical history, asking me questions others had not and clearly trying to get to the root of the problem. He was incredibly understanding and sympathetic and made me feel heard and understood. I’ve spent years feeling as though there was nothing that could be done to improve the situation and that I was at times imagining how bad it was due to feedback I was getting. His thorough testing uncovered the cause of the chronic fatigue and we were able to treat it. I am in a far better state of health than I ever have been and feel ‘normal’ in a way I haven’t for many many years. Very grateful to have found Dr Jenkins. His team has also been incredibly helpful and I’m very grateful to Dr Jenkins and his team for everything.

Dr Opel inspires confidence that you are in safe hands. She takes the time to listen, explain and set out a plan of action. I have no hesitation in recommending her.

I found Dr. Banerjee very understanding and he explained very well in terms I could understand about my condorion. One of the first things he asked me was what were my priorities and it felt like he was really listening and taking on board my feelings.
