Not knowing what to expect, the prospect of therapy can be very frightening. But Dr. Aisan immediately put me at ease which meant I could get the most out of the process. She is very nice intelligent caring doctor that seems to only want the best for her patients success and healthy mental health state. During my research for psychologist, she was one of my choices given her broad expertise. Over the last year or so Dr. Aisan has worked with me to help me identify the real deep rooted issues I was battling, address my hurt and mental pain. My daughter went to see Dr Anthony for depression and anxiety, she had seen numerous doctors in the past and each time she still felt the same, no one seemed to be able to help her. After not being able to get my dad seen by our local surgery, Dr Hussain saw my dad within an hour of requesting. I had one RTT session with Elizabeth. I have been watching Marisa Peers on YouTube and have bought 2 of her books, however I felt I needed the help of an RTT therapist to expedite my recovery. After the session, I didn’t sleep well the night after the session. The next day I was still able to function and felt good all day (I haven’t felt good for more than 1.5 years due to a breakdown of a long term relationship and soon after that having to go through cancer diagnosis and treatments. The night after that I had a full night sleep. I woke up feeling really good and ‘complete’. It was a wonderful feeling. I felt so much love for myself and I feel so peaceful. I have never felt this way ever. I didn't feel any fear or guilt or bad about myself. I carried these feelings all the time even when I was seemingly 'fulfilled' and ‘happy’ with my long term partner (now ex) or on holiday or home abroad with my family and old friends. Those feelings were always there deep down. Listening to the bespoke hypnosis recording done by Elizabeth daily also helps. Leading up to the assessment Dr Mashru ensured I had everything I needed. I felt very comfortable and relaxed talking to him which made me feel at ease. He also explained things very well and gave me a better understanding of adhd and my mind.

I have been a client of Sam's for a few years on and off. For a period of time I was also under the care of a psychiatrist, and she and he worked really well together. I now have online sessions with her, which are just as good as in-person. I would not hesitate to recommend Sam. She is a brilliant psychologist. She was central to my diagnosis of (and recovery from) postnatal depression and continues to be a great source of wisdom and empathy. I know myself so much better than before I began sessions with her. I am more self-aware, resilient and have learned real self-compassion.
