Mr Natesh was very calm and welcoming! He explained the procedure and did a thorough consultation on my nearly 3 weeks old daughter and even showed me what they were looking for and explained in detail about the examination! Dr Erel was the second dr I had a consultation with when going for my chin lipo. When I met Dr Erel I felt so much more at ease than the other dr I spoke to from another team in central london. I knew I was in the right place. I am now 6 weeks post op and I do not regret my decision. Dr Erel was very transparent with the procedure and told me not to worry as he would make sure I am not scared during the procedure. During the procedure Dr Erel and his team had some background music playing and Dr Erel even sang a few lyrics, all of this helped towards making sure I was not anxious and it truly worked. I am happy with my results and I can see the difference, however it is not a crazy difference where people have noticed, rather it is a subtle change which had greatly enhanced my confidence. The nurses were also very kind and supportive during my short stay. I felt very cared for. The receptionist are also always easy to get ahold of and dedicated a lot of time to any queries I had.

Very thorough, kind, clear and reassuring

I was nervous attending my initial appointment with Dr Chohan but felt very confident following my consultation. Dr Chohan is professional and welcoming. I found him to be very friendly and easy to talk with and I soon felt very at ease. Dr Chohan listened carefully to my concerns. I found him to be very knowledgable and he was able to offer me clear guidance to help me make any decisions regarding my treatment options. He also gave me plenty of opportunity to double check my understanding of things and ask questions as we went along which I found very reassuring.
