I felt well cared for and that I was treated as an individual from the first phone call through all appointments leading up to my operation. My post operative care and follow ups have been equally easy and straightforward.

I found the entire process personal empathetic and effective.

The staff were super friendly, especially the receptionists and the nurses. There was construction going on every time we were visiting, which was a little noisy.

Was a good experience however the snack foods/ breakfast after colonoscopy was all heavy on gluten and dairy so doesn’t seem to take into account any food intolerances.
