I found the entire process personal empathetic and effective.

Was a good experience however the snack foods/ breakfast after colonoscopy was all heavy on gluten and dairy so doesn’t seem to take into account any food intolerances.

Experience onsite was very good.

I felt well cared for and that I was treated as an individual from the first phone call through all appointments leading up to my operation. My post operative care and follow ups have been equally easy and straightforward.

All the staff at the Saxon clinic were very friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The service was great and I was very comfortable throughout my stay. I would say as a negative, that the room I stayed in seemed very “tired”, it was in need of a redecoration. Apart from that, everything was fine.
