Dr Rajas been brilliant. Only downside was after operation I wasnt seen to by Dr Raja who I appreciate was runninv around 90mins/2hrs behind but the hospital staff were able to tell me what I actually had done

I never saw Nigel Suggett. I didn't even have an appointment booked with him. I was due to see another consultant as Nigel didn't have availability. You need to improve your online tool so you don't follow up things that were never going to happen
